The integrated cable lock secures both the frame and rear wheel and keeps your bike safe, while the soft touch outer coating is easy on your bike frame and components. The sliding rear tire strap helps keep your bike secure. This roof-mount bike rack comes fully assembled out of the box and mounts to roof crossbars.
